The Main House includes 14 suite, 4 bedroom stone cottage and 4 bedroom coach house giving a total of 22 rooms in 3 different accommodations.

The House boasts ample communal areas such as bar, snug, dining room, news room, sitting room, living room, commercial and domestic kitchens, golf club drying room, and massage facilities. The renaissance style Ballroom seats 50 + for stylish sit-down evening meal.

Set within a walled garden with 10 foot-high stone walls, security gates and 40 acres of woodland and lawns, Ballinacurra House is an elegant country mansion that brings back old-world opulence and personal service in a unique and totally private environment. The exclusive-use property can accommodate 18 people in individually themed suites, up to 42 people sharing at maximum configuration.
Ballinacurra underwent a major restoration during 2000 to 2003, keeping the personality of the 250 year old house but introducing the modern conveniences and luxuries that one comes to expect. The house offers 14 individually designed bedrooms, all ensuite with both power showers and baths, shaving points, hair dryers, satellite TV, CD players, DVD players, Telephone and Modem (ISDN) points. The optional Coachhouse (situated approximately 50 yards from the Main House) has an additional 4 bedrooms with a shared kitchen. The rooms have all the same inclusions as the Main House bedrooms.
Other facilities include: New York style bar, the Green Room and Red Room, Library, traditional kitchen and massage rooms. The grounds of Ballinacurra have also undergone a massive regeneration programme. The 40 acre estate is home to: beautiful south-facing terrace, croquet lawn, helipad, numerous ponds and streams, small boat jetty, forest pagoda, woodland walk, stables and dressage/jumping arena. Ballinacurra offers its residents an individual exclusive-use residence but without forfeiting any of the luxuries you expect in a five-star setting.
